Terms and Conditions (AGB)

1. Scope of Service
2BestHost provides high-performance managed WordPress hosting. We guarantee 99.9% network uptime.

2. Right of Withdrawal (Widerrufsrecht)
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.

3. Payment and Fees
Services are billed monthly (17.99 €) or annually (179.90 €). All technical details and performance optimizations are included in the flatrate.

4. Liability
Users are responsible for maintaining their own backups. 2BestHost provides weekly system snapshots but is not liable for data loss within the user’s application.
